Shipping policy
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Canada using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, La Poste, USPS, Deutsche Post, or similar services depending on the destination.
We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries where repeated delivery issues, customs problems, or package losses have occurred in the past.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note: processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USA: 3 to 9 business days
- Europe: 6 to 12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times and conditions are beyond our control.
Shipping Issues (Delays, Loss, Damage)
We prepare every order with care and make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or delivery errors caused by shipping carriers.
If an issue occurs, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier, but LAVA DIECAST cannot issue refunds or replacements for problems beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the shipping confirmation email within a few days after your order.
Tracking is typically more accurate when checked on your country’s local postal service website, using the same tracking number provided. This number usually remains the same from dispatch to final delivery.
Note: for certain low-cost shipping methods or destinations, tracking updates may be delayed or limited once the package leaves Canada.
Customs and Import Duties
International shipments (outside the Canada & USA) may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees, and are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or fees related to customs clearance.
Undelivered Packages / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, non-collection, or an incorrect address, we will contact you.
Reshipping can be arranged, but additional shipping charges will apply.
